Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/video for verification

We will offer:

  • Replacement OR full refund

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error → Free return

  • If customer-initiated → Shipping cost may apply
